Mock crash axed over accident risk

A fake car ‘crash’ that aimed to raise road safety awareness has been removed – because it was in danger of causing accidents!

The display, in Sevenoaks, Kent, promoted a campaign called Grow Up. Slow Down. It featured an upturned Rover 100 apparently rammed against a tree by a Ford Mondeo. But bosses removed the wrecks after only two days as they were distracting passing drivers.
