It"s going to be increasingly busy on Britain"s roads. An additional 3.5 million people will hold a UK driving licence by 2020, according to new Department for Transport predictions. The current figure, published last year, is 32.1 million, but by 2010 it will be 34 million, and it"s expected to reach a staggering 35.6 million a decade later.
