Birdcage was originally used to describe the intricate tubular chassis design of Maserati"s race cars. Officially the rebirth of the name remains a secret, but the news was revealed to us ahead of the supercoup탩"s official unveiling.

Hereò€™s Argentinaò€™s answer to the Aston Martin DB9: the Denari Froilan. This front-engined GT was unveiled at the Buenos Aires Motor Show. In showroom spec it is likely to use a Chevrolet V8, which would need tuning to at least 500bhp to challenge the DB9.

Supercar firm Lamborghini...

Supercar firm Lamborghini is doubling the number of its UK dealers - to four! The move comes as deliveries of the new Gallardo Spyder convertible begin in Britain. The Raging Bull already has dealers in Manchester and London; the two new sites in Birmingham and Edinburgh will both be run by performance car specialist Sytner Group.
