Electric car owners...
Electric car owners will soon be able to power up their vehicles without ever plugging them in.
The firm has come up...
The firm has come up with a split-screen design for its new C620 – and it promises to make drivers’ lives easier.
Two-thirds of the widescreen display can be set up to show the usual clear mapping, with the other third providing step-by-step navigation instructions. But on top of that, the unit displays innovative three-dimensional landmarks – so drivers get an accurate rendering of eye-catching buildings to help them find their way around.
In addition, the C620 features a Traffic Message Chan?nel (TMC) function, so it can show the latest jam information. Free speed camera alerts are included, too – as with previous Mio units, users can download database updates at no charge for one year after registration.
It’s also possible to upload further camera locations to share with other Mio users over the Internet. Add in an MP3 digital music player, plus Bluetooth hands-free mobile phone technology, and the C620 has got it all.
