Auction giants Manheim...
Auction giants Manheim and British Car Auctions are at odds over the prices of used motors. While BCA claimed a 10 per cent upturn in the value of nearly new models last year, rival Manheim reported a 4.3 per cent drop. The name will be familiar...
The name will be familiar to DIY and professional mechanics alike for its hand cleaner – it has been selling treatments since way back in the Forties. But the firm is now staking a claim for a slice of the car care market with its Pro Valet range.
There is a choice of seven products for your car’s exterior. The High Gloss Shampoo and Wax claims to leave a streak-free shine, while the High Gloss Polish and Shampoo has what bosses call an “easy on, easy off” formulation.
Universal Wheel Cleaner is suitable for everything from alloys and chrome rims to plastic trims, while the Tyre Clean and Shine has a foaming action that claims to lift dirt quickly and effectively. Trim and Bumper Shine restores colour to plastics, Bug, Tar and Spot Remover shifts stubborn stains and Glass Cleaner can be used inside and out for a smear-free finish.
For the interior, there’s the Dash and Trim Cleaner, Foaming Upholstery Cleaner and Leather Cleaner and Conditioner.
