We revealed every detail...

We revealed every detail of the company"s new high-performance four-door in Issue 861, and only now have official pictures of the entire range been released. The interior remains largely unchanged, but the exterior styling has been revamped

to improve aerodynamics and to give the Impreza a fresh new look.

The black car shown here shows the load-lugging five-door WRX for the first time. It features the same Subaru family grille and reshaped headlamps as the saloon.

Due to go on sale in the UK in October, the revised Impreza range will incorporate significant mechanical changes. The driving experience will be improved by a new version of Subaru"s Driver Controlled Centre Differential. A new 2.5-litre turbocharged engine producing over 300bhp will replace the current 2.0 in high- performance variants.
