Featuring round headlights and soft, Fifties-style curves, the LC looks as if it"s driven straight out of a Noddy cartoon. And the cute packaging continues in-side, with bright red tartan-checked cloth seating and a retro-look dashboard.

With this clever roof-mounted...

With this clever roof-mounted bag you will never have to worry about being able to squeeze the last suitcase into your packed boot.

The HandiHoldall is designed to work with the manufacturerò€™s inflatÒable HandiRack system (reviewed in Issue 847), in the same way as conventional roof bars and boxes.

Once the inflatable racking is attached to the car, itò€™s claimed the holdall can be secured in minutes. And it provides an extra 280 litres of space ò€“ thatò€™s the same as the total boot capacity of some medium-sized modern hatchbacks. The set-up can cope with up to 50kg of luggage, which makes it the ideal solution whether you want it to carry holiday luggage this summer, or simply need it to transport shopping home from the supermarket.

A waterproof layer ensures the conÒtents stay dry, and the set-up shouldnò€™t damage your carò€™s roof, either. Reinforced fibreglass poles are fitted to the base to ensure it is rigid enough to take the weight.

Although the HandiHoldall swallows lots of kit, it folds to the size of a packed family tent for easy storÒage in the boot until itò€™s needed.
